HyPower Fuel Attends Successful National Biodiesel Conference

  HyPower Fuel, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HYPF) is
pleased to announce that representatives of the firm attended the very
successful 2009 National Biodiesel Conference in San Francisco, California.
Mr. Douglas Bender, CEO of HyPower, was enthusiastic in his praise of the
conference by stating that, "the Conference is the largest biodiesel forum
in North America and our attendance allowed our team to rub shoulders with
the best and the brightest in the biodiesel industry.  Our team was also
able to discuss technology opportunities such as our current and planned
biodiesel plants, feedstock providers and potential plant construction
engineers and contractors."

Mr. Bender went on to emphasize that attending the Conference is part of HyPower's ongoing efforts to market and commercialize its technologies. Mr. Bender stated, "HyPower Fuel has next-generation technologies that require our team to be aware of current developments in the biofuel industry. It was good to hear from an industry expert. We estimate about 300 million gallons were consumed in the U.S. in 2008 and we expect that to double in 2009."

Mr. Bender closed by saying; "We believe that we will very soon be announcing a number of Joint Ventures for our Environmental Energy Centre concept which could incorporate a number of our technologies."
