      HyPower Fuel Inc. (Pinksheets: HYPF) Mr. Douglas Bender, President of 
      HyPower Fuel Inc., is pleased to announce that HyPower Fuel has added 
      Mr. Robert Donick to its Corporate Advisory Team.
    
    
      Mr. Robert Donick is an accomplished lawyer having practiced commercial 
      and corporate law, focusing on intellectual property issues, early in 
      his career. Mr. Donick has been in-house Corporate Counsel for Shell 
      Canada Limited and more recently was Corporate Counsel and Assistant 
      Corporate Secretary for Luscar Ltd. where he managed Luscar's legal 
      requirements and assisted in the $1 billion dollar IPO and corporate 
      re-organization of Luscar in 2006. Since leaving Luscar, Mr. Donick has 
      worked as a legal consultant and has served as General Counsel and 
      Corporate Secretary for an emerging ethanol producer with plans to 
      construct a $250 million ethanol plant in Western Canada.
