H3Enterprises, Inc. (OTC:HTRE) today announced that
Adrian "Hollywood" Walton has been promoted to the position of Chief
Communications Officer. Walton will assume his new responsibilities
immediately.
Previously, Walton served as H3's Director of Corporate
Communications during which time he successfully negotiated
HipHopSodaShop Area Development Agreements for Harlem Hip Hop
sensation and lifetime friend Juelz Santana, as well as for one of the
NBA's elite young stars and greatest clutch performers, Ben Gordon of
the Chicago Bulls. Juelz and Ben have linked up to build the first New
York SodaShop in Manhattan which will be opening later this year.
Walton is also the man behind HTRE's creation and development of
Gordon's "BG7 White Tea Energy Blast," the first Energy Drink to be
named for and endorsed by an NBA player. BG7 will be hitting the
shelves of Chicago in late August.
Most recently, Walton was instrumental in signing all time NFL
great and Super Bowl Champion Warren Sapp to a SodaShop development
deal for his home state of Florida. HTRE has already signed 3 lease
agreements for stores in Tampa Bay and Orlando to be opened in
association with Sapp. Walton is currently negotiating Development
Agreements with several other top stars from the world of Hip Hop and
Pro Sports.
"Hollywood's tremendous basketball ability and credibility have
already attracted many of the biggest names in sports and Hip Hop to
get involved with H3Enterprises," stated Brian "H3" Peters, HTRE's
President. "He continues to amaze all of us, not only with his
brilliant play at the Rucker and Kingdome, but with a business savvy
that is well beyond his years. As his star continues to rise, so does
the outlook for sustained rapid revenue and earnings growth for HTRE."
While Walton continues to focus on building Hip Hop's first
publicly traded company, he also continues to build his own name and
reputation as well, all to the benefit of HTRE. Hollywood is quickly
becoming a major star in his own right, both as a basketball player
and a businessman. BET's Rap City took notice when they interviewed
him earlier this week specifically about his role in business with
H3Enterprises and the HipHopSodaShops. Both the New York Times and the
New York Post have recently run feature stories highlighting
Hollywood's unprecedented run for TeamH3 at the Entertainers
Basketball Classic, currently being contested at Harlem's historic
Rucker Park, where he has played for the Championship five times in
seven years, winning three. And twice he has been featured in Dime
Magazine fashion spreads, helping to promote HTRE's new "Hollywood"
merchandise line. Today, Hollywood will be featured on mn1 Investor
News, a radio program spotlighting publicly traded companies.
"My understanding of business and everything I'm doing has come
from my Diplomat family. Cam'ron has been a guiding light for me to
model my own career after and I'm thanking him for that. I have used
that model to help continue the expansion and ongoing success of
HTRE," said Walton. "I look forward to getting many more of my friends
and 'family' involved with this once-in-a-lifetime community conscious
business which has definitely been a life changing experience for me.
HTRE gives all of us the chance to give back to our own neighborhoods
and communities through investment and economic empowerment. It is our
mission and our duty at H3 to look out for those who haven't been
given the same opportunities that we've been blessed with."
