Homeserve PLC (HSV.LN), a firm engaged in the provision of insured repair solutions and emergency services, Tuesday said Jon Florsheim, Chief Executive of the U.K. business, will step down as a director at the company's annual general meeting in July, and will leave the company in August.
MAIN FACTS:
-Florsheim will be replaced as Chief Executive of the U.K. business by Jonathan King, a director of the company and currently Chief Executive Officer of HomeServe U.S.
-King will be replaced as Chief Executive Officer of HomeServe U.S. by Tom Rusin, currently a Non Executive Director of The Ambassadors Group.
-Rusin will join HomeServe U.S. immediately and will also become a member of HomeServe's Executive Committee.
-Shares on Monday closed at GBP4.95.
