HempAmerican's co2 Extraction Machine Fully Paid

(OTC: HMPQ) is pleased to announce that the dilution pursuant to the asset purchase agreement has ended and the Company’s extraction machine is fully paid-for and ready to be monetized.  Shares were previously issued to settle the outstanding liability for the purchase of the industrial CBD oil extractor.  Management is in discussion with global players in the industrial hemp space and anticipates generating revenue and delivering value to shareholders by the end of fiscal year 2017.
