On April 16, 2015, hhgregg, Inc. (“hhgregg”) received notification from Michael L. Smith, a director and Chairman of the Board of hhgregg, that he will not stand for re-election at hhgregg’s annual meeting of stockholders in 2015. Mr. Smith joined hhgregg’s board in 2005.
