Hall of Fame Beverages Combats "Caveat Emptor"

   Hall of Fame Beverages Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) is eager to update shareholders. As the shareholders are aware, Pinksheets.com has placed a "caveat emptor" notification on the information for HFBG. The company has completed the necessary updates to have the notification removed. The final request of a legal opinion letter to ensure that all information is correct will be completed and submitted to Pinksheets.com today, March 30, 2010. The Company expects the notification to be removed at the leisure of Pink Sheets LLC. It is the Company's intention to keep the shareholders apprised of all relevant and current information as much as possible. Hall of Fame Beverages feels they've done their part to remove the Caveat per the request of the pinksheets.com website.

The management of Hall of Fame Beverage is also pleased to announce that we are very near completion of negotiations for the financing of the production of a.n.d. We expect the financing to be completed within the next two weeks. This will allow the V Group to keep on its current schedule of production and allow for a Spring launch of a.n.d. It is HFBG's intention to finance this project in a way that adds value to the shareholder without exposing the shareholders and the Company to any added risk. The V Group has also been approached by potential investors that wish to add funding for a.n.d. This funding would be used for production and in no way would increase the share structure of Hall of Fame Beverage.
