(Pinksheets:HDUP) announced today that both its accountants and lawyers have confirmed that they will have all financial reporting and the Disclosure Statement completed and submitted to the Company by June 30th. Management has informed OTC Markets of its intent to file all documentation required to attain Current Information Status as defined by regulators the first week of July as well as subscribing to the OTC Disclosure and News Service.
