Greenway Technology Appoints Business Development and Sales Executives

  GREENWAY TECHNOLOGY (the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: GWYT) today announced the appointments of Chris Meranto as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Kelley Cowman as Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Meranto attended the School of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. He comes to Greenway Technology and Andalusian Resort with over 20 years experience in all phases of restaurant, nightclub, and real estate operations. For the past six years, he has been a partner in a real estate investment and development company. During the previous three years, he was Partner and Operating Manager with the Insomnia Nightclub, Restaurant, and Showroom in Las Vegas. Prior to this, he enjoyed a successful career as a senior manager and executive in the restaurant and nightclub industries.

Ms. Cowman graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and Communications Studies. She comes to Greenway Technology and Andalusian Resort from Skillpath Corporate Strategies where she had a successful sales career. During her seven years with Skillpath, she consistently exceeded sales and revenue goals, and created customized learning solutions for small and enterprise companies. In addition, she consulted with clients, including Marriott, Starwood Resorts, Aramark, ConocoPhillips, Chevron, and Kaiser Permanente, to create customized sustainable development programs to meet and exceed organizational, departmental, divisional, and individual goals for everyone from front line employees to senior level executives.

Prior to Skillpath, Ms. Cowman was Membership Coordinator for Bluetooth Special Interest Group where she was responsible for global membership acquisition, membership strategy and development, planning, coordination, and research of global membership events, setting membership goals and objectives, and providing demographic analysis of membership acquisition and retention capabilities.
