Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

Effective August 5, 2021, Global Wholehealth Partners Corporation (the “Company”) has been approved by Amazon.com, Inc. to sell the Company’s over-the-counter tests, including pregnancy, ovulation, drug, colorectal cancer and glucose on Amazon.com.
