On January 28, 2010, Greenville Federal Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing the Corporation’s financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2009. On January 28, 2010, the Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock to be paid on February 12, 2010, to stockholders of record on January 29, 2010.
