Section 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition 

On March 26, 2014, the registrant publicly released its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013, as more fully described in the press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and which information is incorporated herein by reference.

On March 27, 2014, the registrant conducted a conference call discussing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013 and other matters concerning the operation of the company, as more fully described in the prepared transcript of the call, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and which information is incorporated herein by reference.

On March 27, 2014, the registrant publicly issued a press release announcing that the registrant submitted a letter requesting a face-to-face meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the next 60 to 90 days and has been granted a 180 day extension on the premarket approval application for the LuViva^® Advanced Cervical Scan, as more fully described in the press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.3 hereto and which information is incorporated herein by reference.
