Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On February 27, 2019, GSRX Industries Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, that the Company expects to generate more revenue than previously projected for the first quarter of 2019. The Company also announced a new date for when it expects to announce its 4 ^th quarter and 2018 annual financial and operating results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
