Global eScience Adds Dynamic Officers to Its Management Team

GSNC), a communications provider, today announced that they have added three
dynamic officers to its management team, Kevin Yackley as President and CTO,
Elmer Salcido as COO and Jill King as CMO.  These new members will be
responsible for building, operating and promoting Global eScience's
communications charter.

Kevin Yackley, having over 25 years of experience in Telecommunications, began
his career in the US Air Force.  He has planned, designed, implemented and
operated numerous Packet Telephony networks for companies such as US Department
of Defense, IRS, John Deere, Mitsubishi, Sanyo, CBS and many telecommunications
carriers.  Kevin has held senior management positions at GTE, PCSI, and Nuera
where he was a founding member and on the core development team for the
industry's first frame relay and VoIP Gateways.  He founded Cierra to build a
wholesale carrier network and provide Professional Services to carrier and
enterprise customers.  During this same time he personally developed Telerate,
a superior call accounting and billing solution for the carrier industry.

Elmer Salcido holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business administration
with a Major in Accounting and a Minor in Industrial Engineering. His
background includes twenty-five years of high-level financial, marketing and
Information Technology (IT) management experience. He has held an impressive
array of high-ranking positions as a Controller, CFO and Director of IT for
several public companies such as CCL Industries and CENVEO, Inc. (NYSE).  Elmer
founded Telespace that delivers worldwide wireless Internet services.  At
Telespace, Elmer created a strategic alliance with FEMA to deliver
communication services and was instrumental in providing services to victims of
the 2004 Florida Hurricanes.

Jill King has served the networking and telecom arena for nearly 15 years
specializing in B2B and consumer marketing communications.  She started her
career at San Diego's top rated marketing agencies and continued her career
heading up marketing departments for start-up organizations such as Nuera, CAIS
and Asita.  Within these positions she assisted in raising millions of dollars,
generated thousands of leads resulting in $millions in sales; and played a key
marketing role in the acquisition of CAIS Software by Cisco. Jill went on to be
a founding member of Cierra where she was instrumental in increasing customers,
revenue, and marketing exposure.
