Global eScience Acquires WISP - Telespace, Inc. 


CARSON CITY, Nev., May 16  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global eScience
(OTC:GSNC), a communications provider, today announced that they have finalized
the acquisition of Telespace Net, Inc. (Telespace), a wireless internet
services provider (WISP).  Acquiring Telespace strengthens its communications
offering and gives Global eScience access to the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA) efforts.  Telespace technology has recently enabled FEMA to
deploy VoIP and other communication services to emergency relief efforts.
