Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. has engaged the services of GBH CPAs, PC, of Houston, Texas, a PCAOB registered accounting firm, as its Certifying Accountant, to audit the 2010 financials of Green Oasis Environmental, Inc., and to ensure the financials of the Company remain up to date and current.
