LAS VEGAS, NV announced that it has completed its due-diligence and has signed a multimillion dollar definitive agreement to acquire Southwest Title Company. The closing date is set for March 14, 2008. On January 8, 2008 Global Links Corp. reversed its common stock to bring the stock in line for the acquisition. "Our stock was trading at a very low sub-penny price. We needed to tighten our stock price so that we could reach out and take advantage of some great opportunities that exist today in the real estate service industry. We plan to add serious value to our stock with strong cash flow assets. With a real estate firm and title company, we will have the opportunity and synergy to work well together. Our next goal is to acquire a mortgage lending firm at which time we will complete our goal of a true one-stop shop for all real estate transactions," stated Frank Dobrucki, CEO of Global Links Corp.
