Bluewave
Group, Inc. (OTC: BLEWD) announced today that effective August 6, 2013, the
Company has changed its corporate name to Green and Hill Industries, Inc. The
Company's ticker symbol is also scheduled to change on September 3^rd,
2013 to ?GHIL?. In addition, there has been no
change in management or location of the corporate offices. Outstanding stock certificates are
not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged. Green and Hill Industries, Inc.?s
C.E.O., Mr. Lorne Green commented, ?This name change signifies a new beginning
