Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On July 1, 2020, the Membership Units of the Issuer previously held by Fagen, Inc. were transferred to the Reporting Person, as part of an internal restructuring. As a result of this restructuring, the Reporting Person now has a reportable beneficial ownership in the Membership Units of the Issuer.
