Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition and Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On November 23, 2010, the Board of Governors of Granite Falls Energy, LLC (the “Company”) decided to make a cash distribution of $300.00 per membership unit to its unit holders of record as of November 23, 2010 for a total distribution of $9,196,800.00.  The Company expects the distribution to be made on or prior to December 31, 2010, subject to bank approval.

 

An announcement describing this distribution will be posted on the Company’s website on November 24, 2010.  Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, such exhibit and the information set forth therein and herein shall not be deemed to be filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
