Grifco International, Inc. Appoints Eric Leonetti as New President and CEO

LAS VEGAS, NV announced today that effective immediately Eric Leonetti is the company's new President and Chief Executive Officer following the resignation of James Dial. Mr. Leonetti will also serve on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Eric Leonetti is currently President of North Coast Resource Development, a consultant to Oil, Natural Gas and Mining (the "ONGM") exploration companies. As a consultant, Mr. Leonetti assists in land acquisition and project funding throughout the developmental stages of ONGM businesses.

Mr. Leonetti has over 25 years of business experience, having been responsible for the overall control and operations of businesses in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Leonetti's background ranges from development of financial operations and executive management to establishment of business infrastructures and new business start-ups.

Mr. Leonetti has wide-ranging experience in B2B marketing and sales. Mr. Leonetti has an extensive knowledge and list of contacts in the fields of geology, geochemistry, satellite imagery, legal administration, land and project field management.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Leonetti holds a Six Sigma certification and is an ISO internal Auditor. Mr. Leonetti also serves as the COO of DP Martin & Associates.
