Additionally, the company symbol has officially been changed from SATM to GESI (PINKSHEETS: SATM) to (PINKSHEETS: GESI). The CUSIP number has also changed to 39304M102(common stock) or 39304M201(preferred shares). These changes will take place on March 2, 2012.
