GEECF/XETRA: GLI: Seventh USD$8,500,000 Sale to China.

NASSAU, Bahamas, June 8  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Environmental Energy Corp (Bahamas) (Trading Symbols: Deutsche Bourse GLI (DE: GLI)- USA (OTC:GEECF) (BULLETIN BOARD: GEECF) ) subsidiary Biosphere Development Corp., has concluded its seventh Chinese Biosphere Process(TM) System sale for USD$8,500,000.

The system was sold at a price of USD$8,500,000 payable upon delivery to Suizhou in Hubei Province.

This sale increases Biospheres' 2006 Chinese sales target of 30 systems to 37 systems at USD$8,500,000 each or USD$314,500,000.

Having secured the approval of the People's Government of Suizhou to deploy the Biosphere system for power generation at Suizhou Biosphere Asia Pacific Company Limited (ASIA PACIFIC) has confirmed that the total project investment at Suizhou will be USD$11,250,000 (90,000,000 RMB) to include all local civil and engineering work at the new facility.

In addition to revenue derived from system sales, Biosphere will participate in the operating profits from the Suizhou project through its shareholding in Hong Kong based ASIA PACIFIC.
