GEECF / XETRA:GLI : CHINA; Biosphere (Asia Pacific) has Received Additional $8,000,000 Investment for Chinese Projects

NASSAU, Bahamas, Jan. 17  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Environmental Energy Corp (Deutsche Bourse GLI [DE:GLI]- USA OTC Bulletin Board: GEECF) subsidiary Biosphere Asia Pacific has received $8,000,000 in financing from a new financier, the group the Hui Xing Long Group Limited to allow them to participate in Chinese Projects.

Following the "Environmental Protection Administration of China's" approval of Biospheres MK-V Biosphere Process System for operation in China, the Hui Xing Long Group Limited has agreed to invest in a number of Chinese joint ventures with Biosphere. An initial $8,000,000 has been deposited by them to Biosphere Asia Pacific's bank account in Hong Kong.

Biosphere Asia Pacific owns 51% of its joint venture projects in China and will derive revenue from initial system sales, maintenance contracts and Biosphere's participation in the operating profits.
