'Conversion Consultants LLC' Formed to Finance Clean Energy and Environmental Projects: Concentration on the Chinese Market and

BOSTON, Feb. 28  /PRNewswire/ -- Conversion Consultants has been formed to provide funding for companies looking to expand their business in energy and environmentally focused industries utilizing new technologies. The initial concentration will be on the Chinese marketplace. Offices in North Carolina, Massachusetts, and China will provide a marketing and administrative foundation for the partnership.

Conversion has initially committed to raise USD $600,000,000 for Global Environmental Energy Corp. as it expands it's business in China. Specifically, the funds will be directed to Global's newly consolidated Shaoxing (Biosphere) Company Limited. Global is listed in the United States OTCBB at GEECF, on the Deutsche Borse- GLI, and on the web at http://www.geecf.ru/. Conversion will be exclusive financiers of the project.

The partnership will be lead by investment bankers William Biles and William Minot. They have graduate degrees in business from Boston University and Harvard respectively and backgrounds in insurance, investments, and entertainment finance.
