GreenChek Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: GCHK) is pleased to provide its investors and general public a corporate update of the Company's accomplishments for 2010.

For the year 2010, the Company had set itself four primary goals: increase the global awareness of its flagship Emission Reduction Device; focus on client development and customer retention via joint research and development; meet and exceed manufacturing quality and emission reduction standards set forth by the industry; and build the team with experienced and valuable members.

To elaborate on each of the Company's primary goals: The Company has initiated a marketing campaign to raise awareness for the need for emission reduction of vehicles from all over the world. The Company has achieved good exposure by participating in pilot programs via a third-party unbiased testing facility located in France (see official news release via Marketwire, May 7, 2010). Also, the Company has initiated contact with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) (see official news release via Marketwire, January 20, 2010) regarding verification criteria for the ERD - 2.0 machine. "Our efforts and work towards the pilot program in France and to interact with the departments of the CARB program were great opportunities for us. Not only did we gain knowledge of the certification process and emission criteria for both the European and American markets, we have in turn increased the awareness of our product through the official channels of those respective markets," says the Company's President Lincoln Parke.

The Company launched two new websites (see official news release via Marketwire, November 2, 2010): 1) www.greenchekmachines.com, a website containing general product and industry information for the purpose of educating the general public and investors of the Company's products; and 2) www.gchk.biz, a website stating investor relations information geared for existing investors and prospective investors and/or strategic corporate partners.

The Company has made it a key goal to increase its client base, increase sales, and to establish good working relationships with industry leaders. In 2010, GreenChek has worked closely with fleet owners and their test facilities to enhance the ERD machine. The testing was performed using ERD - 2.0 in the United Kingdom and France. Upon the assessment of the ERD - 2.0 and making new requirements based on those findings, the Company has released a new platform of the ERD, ERD - 3.0 (see official news release via Marketwire, May 6, 2010). The ERD - 3.0 is a stable platform, which is deemed world-class. With ERD - 3.0, the Company was able to progress on its marketing and sales, and was able to gain a new client, and received a purchase order to manufacture two ERD - 3.0 devices for that client (see official news release via Marketwire, May 20, 2010). "The Company has made great progress in the research and development arena. With the collaboration of our existing clients in the fleet industry, we have made ERD - 3.0. The ERD - 3.0 is the most robust platform we have built to date, and allows the device to be retrofitted on a broader range of vehicles and on different types and sizes of combustible engines," says Lincoln Parke.

The Company has received testing results for ERD - 3.0 from its field trials (see official news release via Marketwire, June 10, 2010). The results state that the ERD - 3.0 platform decreases the production of emissions than without the unit installed, and also saves those vehicles between 9.3% and 11.5% more fuel than without the unit installed. "The test results that ERD 3.0 received were excellent, and prove that the units we produce are robust enough to meet the needs of heavy duty fleets, and are of professional grade to produce consistent emission reduction and fuel savings," says Lincoln Parke.

In closing, the Company is pleased about the 2010 achievements made thus far. The Company has met and executed the goals set forth by the President, and it currently continues to focus on these goals throughout 2011.
