GlobeImmune Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of Underwriter's Overallotment Option

GlobeImmune, Inc. (Nasdaq:GBIM), today announced the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 1,725,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share, which includes 225,000 shares of common stock sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriter's overallotment option. The gross proceeds to GlobeImmune from the initial public offering were $17,250,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. Shares of GlobeImmune, Inc. trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the ticker symbol "GBIM."

Aegis Capital Corp. acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.
