Far Vista Interactive Corp. (FVSTA), formerly China Titanium & Chemical Corp., is a development-stage company. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary Far Vista Holdings Inc. Far Vista Holdings Inc. is engaged in developing online active video games for the personal computer (PC), Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation consoles, and online game community making video games appealing to first person shooter (FPS) types of gamers and non-gamers alike. On February 22, 2008, Far Vista Holdings Inc. and 10142361 Saskatchewan Ltd. (doing business as Far Vista Studios) entered into a licensing agreement for it to obtain the worldwide right and license to use of the trademarks and the system in connection with the operation of Run the Gauntlet in accordance with the terms of the licensing agreement. On May 14, 2008, the Company acquired Far Vista Holdings Inc.

In the report, the analyst notes:

"The Company did not generate any revenues in the three and six months ended June 30, 2009, and 2008, respectively, and does not expect to generate any revenue until the Company can raise additional capital to launch Run the Gauntlet. 

"FVSTA recently signed a letter of agreement with Angel Entertainment for the worldwide movie rights to Sheeba's Curse, a dynamic new first person shooter game that offers a new level of cooperative play for the PC, Xbox 360 and the PS3."
