Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

The Corporation amended its Articles of Incorporation as follows: The Corporation changed its name from Golden Oasis New Energy Group, Inc. to First America Resources Corporation.

The effective date of the amendment is when final approval from FINRA is received.
