FusionPharm Signs LOI to Aquire Lehi Roller Mills

DENVER, Oct. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FusionPharm Inc. (pinksheets:FSPM), is pleased to announce that they have signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a majority interest in Lehi Roller Mills, a 106 year old Utah based manufacturer of high quality baking flour and related products.
