FusionPharm Files for Provisional Patent

 

DENVER, Jan. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- FusionPharm, Inc. (OTC: FSPM) is pleased to announce that it has successfully filed a provisional patent on its proprietary PharmPod(tm) and PharmPlex(tm) cultivation technologies. The PharmPod(tm) allows FusionPharm to harvest more than one acre of traditionally grown produce in one 320 square foot PharmPod(tm).  Further, produce cultivation inside of a PharmPod(tm) requires no harmful pesticides, is not subject to weather and seasonal concerns and uses less than 20% of the water required in traditional agriculture.  "We believe our PharmPod(tm) and PharmPlex(tm) cultivation systems will provide a great leap forward in urban farming and production of local, nutritious, picked fresh produce and are looking forward to completion of PharmPlex1 in Denver in Q2 of 2012," said Scott Dittman, CEO.
