Foy-Johnston Further Shareholder Update

   Foy-Johnston Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FOYJ), as a follow up to the press release disseminated earlier today, the Company has subsequently uncovered an additional 10,000,000 shares of the Company's stock that was incorrectly and unsuccessfully deposited possibly being used in the previously announced short position in the market and has been confiscated in the process.

The company has informed the brokerage firm involved and if any of the stock had been sold they will be responsible to ensure they are able to deliver the sold stock to the new shareholders.
