("Performaxx") has signed a multi-year agreement with B&A Food Brokers ("B&A"), of Manalapan, NJ, to establish sales and distribution for ENERGIZE™, the ultimate energy boost.

Since 1985, B&A has built a solid reputation in the NY Metro food service and beverage distribution market by delivering on increased consumer demand for special niche food and beverage products. The agreement between Performaxx and B&A includes a tri-state market territory situated within 100 mile radius of New York City, considered by many to be the most dynamic market for food and beverage United States.
