Full Motion Beverage FMBV Signs Canadian Distributor for ENERGIZE(TM)

  Full Motion Beverage, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FMBV)
announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Performaxx Brands, Inc.
("Performaxx") has signed an agreement with Altra Food Distributors, Inc.
("Altra") through June 2010 to distribute its Kosher certified 2 oz., zero
calorie energy shot, ENERGIZE(TM).

Altra Foods is a leading importer of quality Kosher and health food products throughout Canada. Under the terms of agreement, ENERGIZE(TM), which is Kosher certified by the Orthodox Union (OU) and Udvari Kashruth, will be marketed and sold by Altra to hundreds of Kosher food and beverage retailers throughout Quebec and Ontario, Canada.
