Full Motion Beverage FMBV Completes Acquisition of ENERGIZE(TM) Energy Shot Brand

  Full Motion Beverage, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FMBV)
announced it has completed the acquisition of Performaxx Brands, Inc.
("Performaxx"). Performaxx is the producer and creator of ENERGIZE(TM), a
naturally flavored, zero calorie, two ounce energy shots.

Under the terms of the agreement, FMBV now owns 100% of Performaxx Brands and the proprietary consumer products pending trademark under the ENERGIZE(TM) label. The acquisition gives FMBV entry into the "energy shot" market, forecasted to grow better than 20% per year through 2014. Performaxx is FMBV's non-alcohol beverage subsidiary which will continue to develop, license and market traditional and new age beverages for FMBV. ENERGIZE(TM) is marketed and sold in Orange and Lemon-Lime under the label ENERGIZE(TM), The Ultimate Energy Boost.

Dean Petkanas, Director of FMBV, stated, "The energy shot market is on fire and the market feedback on ENERGIZE(TM) has been outstanding on taste and consumer appeal.
