JUPITER, Fla., Aug. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Foodfest International 2000 Inc. (OTC: FDFT), a damage restoration services company, today reported that its Jupiter, Florida-based Restore Force, Inc., a provider of residential and commercial restoration services, including water damage restoration, mold remediation and fire damage restoration, as well as re-construction services, continues to experience overall business expansion and revenue growth.  The company also announced that, beginning in Q4 2013, it would turn its attention to finalizing its growth-through-acquisition strategy.

The company's CEO, Whitney Wiseman, said, "We continue to be extremely pleased with the continued growth of our day-to-day operations.  However, in order to build shareholder value, we understand that we need to seek other avenues of growth.  To that end, we intend to implement an aggressive acquisition strategy, as we believe our industry is ripe for consolidation."  Mr. Wiseman continued, stating that he believes the company will find an inviting acquisition environment due, in large measure, to the increasing operating costs and regulatory burden currently being experienced by independent operators, costs that he believes can be mitigated through acquisition and operational consolidation.

About FDFT

FDFT recently acquired Restore Force, Inc.  Restore Force, serves Palm Beach County, Florida, with its damage restoration services, including water damage restoration, mold remediation and fire damage restoration.  In addition, Restore Force provides re-construction services following its initial restoration efforts.  FDFT's board of directors determined the business opportunity represented by Restore Force to be superior to its former business.  More information regarding Restore Force is located at:  www.restoreforce.com.
