Intersecurity Holdings Corporation (OTCPK: IXSV) has
opened a Hungarian subsidiary- Intersecurity Holdings Personnel
Property & Defense. "The official documentation has been registered at
the necessary governmental offices" stated Mr. Simone, President of
Intersecurity Holdings Corporation. Intersecurity Holdings Personnel
Property & Defense is 95% owned by Intersecurity Holdings Corporation.

acquire local talent, participate in tenders, and simplify any
purchases or partnerships we may enter into in the future" added Mr.
Simone. Mr. Bango Bela has been named as director of the subsidiary
company by the Board of Directors. Mr. Bela has many years experience
in security affairs, in the past he has held positions in the police
department and at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Border Control
