ECOLOGIX Resource Group Announces Forward Stock Split

  ECOLOGIX Resource Group (OTCBB: EXRG), a
natural resource company focused on the timber industry and production of
alternative energy solutions, announced today its Board of Directors has
approved a one-for-ten forward stock split, in the form of a stock
dividend, payable to ECOLOGIX common and preferred shareholders.

The Company anticipates the stock split will be payable on or about November 30, 2009 to shareholders of record as of November 27, 2009 and is subject to FINRA approval. When the forward stock split becomes effective, shareholders of both common and preferred shares will receive an additional nine shares for every one share held. ECOLOGIX expects the Board's decision will improve liquidity and trading volume in the Company's stock.
