Item 8.01 Other Events

On or about May 14, 2018, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, in the Tampa Division, in Case No. 2017-CV-1043, awarded Swordfish Partners, a joint venture comprised of Deep Blue Exploration, LLC and EXPL Swordfish, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Endurance Exploration Group, Inc., title to, among other things, gold and silver coins that Swordfish Partners recovered from the shipwreck of the Steamboat Pulaski, a paddle steamer, which sunk on or about June 14, 1838, in the High Seas beyond the territorial waters of any sovereign nation. The court stands ready to adjudicate title to additional recoveries.
