Expo Holdings, Inc. Reschedules Shareholder Meeting to Accommodate Increased Customer Demand

Expo Holdings, Inc. (Pinksheets: EXPH - News), has rescheduled its shareholder meeting originally planned for September 1, 2010 to September 15, 2010.

At our shareholders meeting shareholders should be able to view over 20,000 store fixtures in production that are scheduled for use by Lowe’s companies, Inc. Demand for these displays recently increased from just over 2000 units to over 20,000 units. In order to accommodate operational needs, a reschedule of the shareholder meeting was requested and approved.

The company anticipates more than 20 tractor-trailer loads of raw materials for this project to arrive beginning on or about the 1st week of September.

Demand appears to be stabilizing for the company’s products; however, significant volatility due to current nationwide economic conditions remains a possibility.
