Data and other information regarding certain material operations of the Company as well as its financial statements required for the filing are not currently available and could not be made available without unreasonable effort and expense. A new CEO was appointed on October 5, 2010 and the Chief Financial Officer resigned on the same date. New management has not had the time necessary in order to obtain certain information, explanation and/or certifications from at least 3 of the previous CEO''s during the instant year in question. The Corporation''s fixed assets in their entirety, except for the computers, were written off and it will take new management a unspecified time to review the transactions, the disposition of those assets and the companies computers and other assets and properly reflect those transactions on the books of account.
