Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

  

On July 7, 2017, Dilek Wagner resigned as Vice President of Finance of EnSync, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. The Company appreciates Ms. Wagner’s years of service with the Company and wishes her well with her future endeavors.
