      Enviro-Energy Corporation (ENGY.PK), has terminated its merger 
      negotiations with Vida Nutra-Pharma, Inc. Vida Nutra-Pharma was unable 
      to complete the merger in a timely fashion, and Enviro-Energy’s 
      management is reviewing alternative merger partners.
