Extreme Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXTR) today announced its intention to commence a "modified Dutch auction" tender offer to purchase $100 million worth of its common stock at a price per share not less than $3.30 and not greater than $3.70.

Fuel Systems Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: FSYS) -- An improved annual sales forecast helped send FSYS soaring on Friday. The stock was up more than 28% on the day.

Encore Energy Systems (PINKSHEETS: ENCS) announced today it has executed a Letter of Intent to merge with BioConversions International. BioConversions reports over $17,000,000 in projected sales with net earnings of approximately 12%.
