Encore Energy Systems Targets Biodiesel Production Facilities for 2009 Acquisitions

  Encore Energy Systems (PINKSHEETS: ENCS)
announced today its biodiesel plant initiative to acquire various biodiesel
production facilities.  These facilities typically are operating under
capacity and can be purchased at a significant discount to their fair
market asset valuations.  The Company's acquisition of these operations and
facilities represents a major component of the 2009 growth plan.

The Company recently entered into an agreement with Zenergy International, Inc. to provide biofuel plant management services and feedstock allocation. The agreement provides mission critical management and provisioning services to the Company's biofuel production facilities as required.

The Company intends to aggressively acquire biodiesel production plants. The company believes the consolidation of biodiesel assets will position the company as a premier producer and distributor of biodiesel nationwide.
