Encore Energy Systems Announces Bio-Fuel Production Facility Management Program as Part of 2009 Acquisition and Growth Strategy

  Encore Energy Systems (PINKSHEETS: ENCS)
announced today its facility management program for existing bio-fuel
plants, distributors, and fuel suppliers.  This management program is in
partnership with established industry providers and distributors.

The Company will market this management program to existing bio-fuel production facilities as well as fuel distribution companies. The Company will apply the management program and related services directly to its acquired bio-fuel operations it acquires from time to time.
