ORLANDO, Fla., Nov 28  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eMax Corporation (OTC Pink
Sheets: EMAX) is pleased to announce the engagement of Citrin Cooperman &
Company, LLP to complete a certified audit of eMax Corp's financial records
facilitating the company's desire to meet SEC requirements and achieve fully
reporting status.

Roxanna Weber, eMax CFO, stated, "Over 50% of the audit has already been
performed and we anticipate having the completed audit in the next thirty days.
