Enzyme Environmental Solutions Offers Retail Exclusivity to Wow Green Int'l

Environmental Consultants, Inc. has officially embraced its role as a
biotechnology licensing company regarding its proprietary retail product
formulas by removing its ecommerce site which previously allowed consumers
to purchase its retail products online.

"This move has been in the making for several months as we have entered into non-competes with those to which we provide our retail formulas. These non-competes do not affect our ability to market and distribute our commercial and industrial solutions... we feel we've created diversification within our business model by licensing our retail formulas to willing and able manufacturers," said Bill White, EESO VP of Sales and Operations. "The profitability via licensing and private label agreements far outweighs that which could be incurred via the traditional retail model. It's a more efficient means of growth."

CEO Jared Hochstedler adds, "...it only increases our availability to the general public -- regardless of whose name is on it. We're a progressive company and this is the best way to achieve our goal of a 'Cleaner world. Safer planet' on the retail formula side. The commercial and industrial will remain intact as a separate division of the company. Our efforts there include marketing the GC2000, odor and garbage remediation and composting solutions, among others. We are currently in discussion to license our proprietary biotechnology to a large company out of Toronto, Canada which will be instrumental in their success with garbage remediation projects in Jamaica and Ghana."

That said, the company has established a clear dichotomy between its retail and industrial sides, all the while focusing on the profitability of marketing its IP to various entities.

Hochstedler continues, "The key to the retail side is that we've made an agreement with Wow Green International, LLC. to give them exclusivity on the retail line formulas for their use. That means no more of our products on retail shelves and that Wow Green International will be entitled to exclusive rights on all of our retail formulas... and this is a strategic move for EESO and its shareholders."

The Wow Green International, LLC Network Marketing Opportunity launches on February 15th, 2009 and with retail production geared for March 15th, 2009 which will provide a progressive windfall of product order for EESO to fulfill in their facilities as Wow Green tackles its goal, en masse, of removing toxic, chemical based products from every household in America and replacing them with 100% safe, Green, effective products. The company plans to expand its mission internationally within 24 months from launch.
