Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

Effective December 28, 2022, Paul Manos resigned as Interim CFO, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Edge Data Solutions, Inc. (“Company”). Mr. Manos’ firm, Synergia CPA, LLC, continued to furnish the Company with the remaining accounting services set forth in the engagement letter dated December 8, 2021 until January 13, 2023.
