Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On June 19, 2020 the Board of Directors of the Company, increased the size of the Board from 2 members to 3 members and appointed elected Austin Bosarge to fill the vacancy so created, effective June 19, 2020.
